From the bus station you just need to cross the square and go along San Martín St. Walk 4 blocks and turn right on Sarmiento, after a few metres you will find # 437 Sarmiento street.

From the airport you can take a bus; tell the ticket desk that you're going to La Tosca and they will direct you to the right bus.
