The nearest train station is Haarlem station so from the airport you can take a train but there is one train change before you get to Haarlem train/bus station or you can take bus 300 which goes direct from the airport to Haarlem train/bus station and with the same bus ticket you can take bus 73, 75, 5, 3 to Delftplein (direction Santpoort Noord) and from there its a 7min walk..
