From Schiphol airport, take the direct train to central station. From the station, take tram no. 1, 2 or 5 (two stops) to Nieuwezijds Kolk. Exiting the tram at Nieuwezijds Kolk, you almost face the brown cafe (terrace outside) De Spaanse Ruiter at the corner of a small alley (Korte Lijnbaanssteeg), at the other corner is a bakery shop.
