From the bus station:
Once in Montevideo's Bus Station you can take buses 180, 181, 187, 188, CA1 (cost U$S0.5) and you get down in 18 de Julio and Paraguay Corner.
From the airport:
You have buses to the downtown (the cost is 2U$S), but if you arrive during the night-early morning you should take a Remise (cost U$S50)
