From Rio de Janeiro: You can hire a TRANSFER from any Che Lagarto Rio de Janeiro or Paraty to Ilha Grande. Another option is to take a boat to the Port of Vila do Abraão (port of the island). You can get from the cities Angra dos Reis, Conceição de Jacareí or Mangaratiba.
