Coming from the Cork/Killarney road, you will pass McDonald's on the left, and a petrol station, continue straight ahead over the roundabout, pass hospital on your left, continue to clash roundabout, go straight ahead to next roundabout, turn right, continue on straight ahead to traffic lights, bus and train station is on your right, turn right at the traffic lights, go straight ahead. Take the first left after a restaurant called the 'stokers lodge' at the next junction the road forks to the right, turn right, passing the church on the right, go straight ahead for 2 miles. You will see Sheridan Lodge B&B on the right, Acorn Cottage is the 5th house on the left, past Sheridan Lodge, situated on the main R556 Tralee to Abbeydorney road.
